Hey you guys! So its been an okay day! I thought a lot about college today and all the stuff that I need to bring with me and everything else that needs to be done before I move in on the 20th of August. I also got to talk to my roommate today about some things that we needed to get sorted out. I really like her and I'm excited to get to know her better especially since we will be living together for the next year. Church tonight was kind of strange. Everyone in my youth group seemed to be really tired and just wanting to be somewhere else even though they still payed attention to Brandon's lesson and hopefully learned something! I feel like since I'm going to college that I'm getting to know all these people that I'm not gonna see very often once I go.
I love them all and they have become such a big part of my life since April or so. Raymond and Richard make me laugh at every second of the day no matter what mood I may be in they make me smile. Bree and Bray could be complete opposites. Bray is a major tomboy even more than I am and she loves sports. Her I don't know as well because she is really quiet. Bree on the other hand is a girly girly and outspoken. She is determined to be heard and will not let anything stop her. She may worry about her appearance but I love her and she can get down with the guys if she wants to! Kevin is amazing! He has sweet nicknames for all the girls and he makes my world spin. I never know what to expect but he shocks me with his kindness. Kaity is an amazing girl. She is determined and that is something that I definitely admire. She will not let anything get her down - the fact that no one will hire her or her disability. It only makes her strong. Ethan Hill and MaKayla are wonderful to me and I love them both even though they fight more than any brother and sister I have ever met. Neither one of them are scared to speak what is on their minds. Leeanne, their sister who is also engaged to Brandon, our youth minister, is sweet as can be. I honestly believe that she would hurt a fly. She has compassion and acts tough but when someone is mean she takes it hard but will at the same time never let you know that you hurt her. Chandler is younger like my brother Landon so I don't get to spend as much time with her but we have grown closer and she is going to be an amazing girl if she doesn't let boys get in her way. Amaury is kind of a jerk sometimes but I believe that he would take a bullet for me and take anyone down that was trying to hurt me or any of the other girls. He just doesn't really think before he lets things come out of his mouth. Finally are Ethan DeHaven, Brittany, and some other kids that only come once in a while. These people I have not gotten to know as well but they are still apart of our youth group! This is my family!
Being with all of them makes me think how lucky I am to have so many people that care about me and are willing to step up if I need them. Even though I miss some of the people from Hendersonville, I know that I have others that love me and will protect me!
Who could ask for more!
